Juicy Wagyu patty, topped with cheddar 🧀, wild rocket, tomatoes 🍅, gherkins and onions, then tucked in between charcoal buns. It comes with fries 🍟 on the side. Really loved this!

Organic hen's egg 🐓 poached for 55 minutes, then smoked with rosemary, and lastly topped with spring pea and chorizo iberico. The presentation on its own is superb, served in an egg basket over dry ice. A definite winner 🏆.

The original and lychee tiramisu are simply to die for. This place has achieved the perfect balance of coffee, liquor and cream.

So addictive! Can you believe I've finished half of it already?

Banana Roti liberally doused with condensed milk and sugar. Sweet, sinful and oh so good! 😋

One of the best Egg Benedicts I've ever had. Pulled pork was really succulent, tender and flavourful. Eggs were poached perfectly. The apple cider hollandaise sauce gave a tart finish to the dish.

We lost count of how many courses we were served. Each dish was as delicious as the last. Really impressed!
Be warned, this place is very small and you have to make a reservation. There are two seatings, one at 6.30pm and another at 8.30pm.
You will walk away full and extremely satisfied.

Every time I try to make a trip there, it's too crowded to even go in. Other than having two of their signature flavours, Earl Grey Lavender and Sea Salt Gula Melaka, we had their waffles with Strawberry Lime Sorbet 🍓 and Orange 🍊 Cranberry Vodka. Now I can see what the hype is all about.

I don't really care that I can't identify these characters because they are simply too cute! The additional $1 for 3D latte art is so worth the money. The barista is very detailed oriented, down to the blush on the cheeks. 😊

Really interesting use of spice and that poached egg was executed perfectly! Just a thin cut and that yolk burst through! By the way, I used my camera for this because the lighting was very dim there.

Amazed by the level of skill it took to execute that crisp scale-like layer of salmon skin. Also, blown away by the 62 degree egg. Can't wait for the mains!

When it first came with the Sticky Date Pudding, we placed this unassuming homemade milk pudding 🍮 aside for the other undeniably photogenic dessert. However, when we got a taste of this, we couldn't have enough of it and continued to rave about this even after we finished it. I highly recommend this 👍🏼 especially to lychee lovers.
