It's not your usual sliced-unagi-on-top-of-bed-of-rice (definitely not when the unagi is so tender and fleshy). You will have an option to submerge the scrumptious donburi with the dashi. I prefer mine that way, the ochazuke style (then again, it really depends on your personal preference). Also tried their desserts, Matcha Warabi Mochi & Matcha Mousse. If you're not a fan of green tea, I won't recommend these two since the green tea flavor is really strong (to the point where it's almost bitter). Yet, I do recommend these for matcha aficionado. All in all, it was a great Christmas dinner here. ☺️🙏
