Yee Cheong Yuen noodle restaurant has been at holland v since the 70s. It is good to know that our hawker heritage is being preserved as family recipes are passed down the generations. The newly renovated noodles house also keeps up with the times with its see through glass kitchen and waiters taking your orders with ipads.

Loved this. Wasn't expecting to find good quality food in food courts nowadays. Beef was tender and so was the hor fun. Perhaps, the olive oil made it tastier, not to mention healthier too!
