First time trying Hangzhou (Jiangnan) cuisine at Nainai Flavor (椿花奶奶) @ Aperia Mall. It was quite different from the Chinese food I'm used to, with lighter and more delicate flavours.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the Clay Pot Immortal Chicken Soup. We waited about 45 minutes because it was freshly prepared, but it was rich, comforting and packed with flavour—well worth the wait.
The restaurant was packed, so be prepared to wait during peak hours. Overall, a good dining experience and a nice place to try something different. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
