All About Vietnam 🇻🇳 Cuisine
($8) its quite mid spicy marinated pork slices as I have tried even though I removed chili and their seeds. At least their marinated pork was really nice tbh, but their bread was quite soft inside but crispy outside.
(2 for $5.50) comes with 2 pieces and homemade chili sauce. I felt that it's average to me bc the rice paper was quite not that thick tbh than au (perth) and the cafe didn't cut. But I did expected that they put mint leaf inside roll. :")
(Ala Carte - $9.90) it used to be best selling dish but sadly it replaced by dry noodle. But their grilled minced pork was quite interesting and don't really see much for viet stores or shop selling this. But their spicy sauce was really got that kick. At least their minced pork was really nice and serving size was quite not much tbh, but their bread was quite average inside but crispy outside.
($13.90) it's best selling dish but at least their pork chop was quite not that bad and decent. Its quite oily a bit without removing extra oil from the meat. But its quite a bit hard and not that tender enough.
($7.50) It's rice set meal with fried egg and veg ; they add fish sauce beside. But grilled pork was slightly a bit hard to chew thru.
($7) I saw this on google maps or eatbook? I wanted to try it out for a while but no chance until I went to beach road for matcha latte. It's dry based noodle and they add fish sauce inside noodle. But grilled pork was slightly a bit hard to chew thru and also like spring roll to be crispy and crunchy.
($9.90) v huge portion for bahn mi and it's quite average pricing 🙌
($12.90)comes with 4 pieces and homemade chili sauce. I felt that it's not that to me bc the rice paper was quite thick tbh than au (perth) and the restaurant helped me to slice into 4 pieces. But I did expected that they didnt put mint leaf inside roll. :")
($7) comes with 4 pieces and homemade chili sauce. I felt that it's not that to me bc the rice paper was quite thick tbh than au (perth) and the restaurant already sliced into 4 pieces. But I did expected that they put mint leaf inside roll. :") at least the mint leaf was nt strong taste compared what I used to eat it before.
($15.30) included salad + drink on weekdays lunch set. It's a been while never eat their pho. But I felt that their pho was quite smooth and chewy texture. So the soup broth still ok but v salty till the end of the meal. but i like their salad tbh very appetited.
($8.50) i finally tried funan's bahn mi after my friend asked me out for takeaway. I felt that the bread was quite crispy and crunchy texture. But its serving portion for bahn mi was quite average tbh.
($11.90) I never saw bahn mi was being separated it out with pork pate, roasted pork belly and vietnam cold cuts filling, their vegetables and sauce. That's my first time that seeing vietnam restaurant separated ingredients out. But I felt that filling was quite not much tbh at least their bahn mi was quite crispy and crunchy (but slightly dry aftertaste) :")
