Went with friends and we tried their mushroom risotto, the smoked duck pasta and andreas’! The risotto was by far my entire group’s favourite, it was creamy, tasty and delicious and it was a good thing it was shared as it can become quite heavy after a while due to the sauce. The pasta was the second best, I enjoyed the texture of the pasta and the sauce was well balanced. Comes with a perfectly runny egg and a good amount of cheese! Just wish there was more of the smoked duck as they were all chopped small and there wasn’t that many.
Would personally not order the Andreas’ again though. The first thought on the dish was that it was incredibly salty! It was a stark contrast to the other 2 dishes we got… furthermore there were bits of bone in my sausage which was rather unpleasant to experience while eating.
Overall it was still a good experience though it is worth noting that they no longer accept Burpple beyond’s 1 for 1 voucher for brunch/lunch items, only can use the one for mains! They accepted the mains voucher during lunch time even though it’s supposedly meant for 6-9.30pm
