Just a short walk from the MRT station, one happen to find this mala stall in @jin_hai_wan_eating_house offering in different soup bases such as Mala Soup 麻辣汤, Sauerkraut Soup 酸菜汤, Tomato Base Soup 番茄汤, Beef Bone Soup 风味牛骨汤, and Tom Yum Soup 冬明功汤. The items are priced at a flat rate of S$2.68/ 100g with a minimum order of 300g. The selection of items at the display shelf was quite interesting as there’s octopus, smoked duck, prawn, and minced meat paste.

Don’t forget to help yourself to the condiment bar where there’s sesame sauce, coriander, spring onion, soya bean, peanut, chilli oil, chilli, vinegar, and soya sauce available.

There’s deep fried option for items such as Lotus Root 莲藕, Fish Fillet 鱼片, Potato 土豆, Sausage 香肠, Fish Cake 鱼饼, Scrambled Egg 鸡蛋, and Luncheon Meat 午餐肉. For an extra kick, one could addon torched mentaiko sauce on top of the deep fried items for an additional of S$2. The potato chip was a favourite with all as it was super thinly cut while light and crispy. Very addictive.
