餐厅位于Kitchener Road,在新加坡的小印度区Little India,整条街都是高评价美味餐厅,没两把刷子很难生存。如果不是Alvin带我来,真的不知道这样普通装修的一家店,藏了一间这么地道的泰国餐厅。

泰式炒粿条(Pad Thai)8新币++,43人民币

泰式炒粿条的特色是鲜、咸、甜、酸、辣并存,缺一不可,通常使用豬油拌炒,秘诀是产生浓郁的鑊气,让味道更加香醇,如果像我们今天选择的海鲜版本会加虾,虾很新鲜、个头大,而且在炒制后依然保持食材的鲜甜味;

粿条炒制恰到好处,入口有弹性,不会太软烂

如果淋上柠檬汁又是另外一个味道,真心很不错。

这里的泰式猪蹄饭我要给满分,猪蹄经过长时间炖煮,肉质较软,如果能选用肥瘦相间的肉会更好,这是的瘦肉比率略高,不过猪皮的口感真的太棒了,搭配米饭一口一个幸福美满。

店家使用特制的卤汁,味道咸香适中,既能突出猪脚的鲜美,又不会过于油腻,适合江浙口味的食客。猪蹄底下还有咸菜,一起吃可以解腻

柠檬蒸苏东,20新币++,人民币108元
这道菜味道独特,结合了酸、辣和海鲜的鲜甜。使用青柠檬和辣椒的调味,使得这道菜特别清新。蒸制过程中,苏东处理地特别嫩,吸收了柠檬汁的酸味,同时辣椒和蒜米的辛辣感也增添了层次感,整体味道鲜美而富有冲击力。

午市套餐,选了泰式九层塔鸡肉饭

结果上来一个日式的饭盒,感觉有点奇怪,味道还是可以的,但是这个九层塔炒鸡肉我也几乎没有吃过不好吃的,再加上份量不大,吃到完完

下次应该不会再来了吧
