Interesting food concept where aged meat, in-house fermentation and grilled wood fireplace in one restaurant! The open kitchen makes it fun to see the chef in action too.
Had just finished the seafood pao fan and am craving for more now! The broth was simmered for hours and is sooooo sweet and thick! No wonder they are a Michelin star restaurant!
Found this stall inside cold storage selling scones and quiche. Their wide selection and interesting flavours of scones makes me excited and wanna try all of them! The orange with white chocolate and caramelized onion scones are my favourite🤭
This place reminds me of an authentic Hong Kong cha chan teng but neater and brighter. I was lost in the selection of food choices and ended up choosing their signature milk tea and char siew scramble egg rice. The milk tea was rich and smooth while the scramble egg was so fluffy. Heard from the boss that their red bean is homemade and not too sweet too. Definitely have to try their red bean milk tea the next time round!
