You can assess the quality of sushi by the sliced ginger they serve as well. The ginger is rubbery and rough. Waitress serving food is also preparing the sliced fish. The waitress torched the fish, picks up the sushi pieces with the unwashed hands! Tried their omakase and my view is no point having quality of quality is compromised. I wouldn’t come back for sure.
