Just like the brunch menu, the desserts come in many forms and flavours, featuring the classics like waffles and pancakes to homely tasting ones like 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲. The crustless dessert feels like a deconstructed version of its Western counterpart, with well-baked tender apple chunks dusted with cinnamon alongside vanilla ice cream, blueberry purée and graham cracker crumbs. Every mouthful of this warm and comforting dessert gives a multi sensory experience, perfect both as an individual or sharing portion.

The all-day brunch menu explores both Western and Asian cuisines, even paying homage to a local specialty with the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶, 𝗘𝗴𝗴𝘀 & 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲. The dish’s main feature is a generous serving of sambal scrambled eggs with grilled prawns, reminiscent in flavour of chilli crab, along with broccoli and cheese on crusty toast slices. The eggs are cooked with precise taste and texture; creamy, with a hint of spiciness, without feeling too oily. The multitude of textures is also evident here, with tender prawns juxtaposed to the crunchy broccoli and the slightly chewy toast. Although, the choice of bread could have been more airy and crispy, to make the dish not too heavy.
