The all-day brunch menu explores both Western and Asian cuisines, even paying homage to a local specialty with the ๐—–๐—ต๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ, ๐—˜๐—ด๐—ด๐˜€ & ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜„๐—ป ๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—น๐—ฒ. The dishโ€™s main feature is a generous serving of sambal scrambled eggs with grilled prawns, reminiscent in flavour of chilli crab, along with broccoli and cheese on crusty toast slices. The eggs are cooked with precise taste and texture; creamy, with a hint of spiciness, without feeling too oily. The multitude of textures is also evident here, with tender prawns juxtaposed to the crunchy broccoli and the slightly chewy toast. Although, the choice of bread could have been more airy and crispy, to make the dish not too heavy.
