"Glutinous rice is soaked in coconut milk and filled with fragrant turmeric-infused desiccated coconut and minced prawn, along with shallots, chilli padi, and lemongrass. This flavorful mixture is then enclosed in a banana leaf and grilled to perfection, resulting in a charred aroma and an irresistible fragrance. At times, I find myself indulging in up to five servings in a single sitting, savouring every delicious bite!"
