IKO rolls with creamy foie gras, mushroom, and fig, sprinkled with seaweed. Unfortunately it was supposed to come with truffle shavings as well which they had run out of. The sushi was one creamy yummy mouthful, but I’d recommend adding an ingredient that would give it a bit of a crunch to elevate this even more!
The Classic ($16) made using the Impossible plant-based patty, together with your standard American cheeseburger ingredients of cheese, pickles, onions, and their house sauce.
This was my first time trying Impossible meat and I was truly surprised. If you hadn’t told me it wasn’t real meat I definitely would have thought it was beef!
Black pepper crab roll ($18) by Rappu:
Fried seaweed tempura was crispy, and crab meat is well seasoned and yummy!
The roll itself is tiny but I’d say they were pretty generous with the crab meat and it’s delicious too so it’s worth it!
Hoping Rappu could bring this to their restaurant menu too
