Lamb shank ($29)
Huge portion, generous with the sauce - looks a lot bigger in real life than pictured
Meat is tender and comes off the bone easily while still retaining a good firm texture. The bone was so big that my dad was even able to dig out and eat a decent amount of bone marrow.

Spanish Chorizo and Jamon Iberico Ham Pizza ($25)
Best part about this was the crust - it was perfectly crispy yet also light and airy. Pizza base (tomato sauce and cheese) was also really tasty.
As for the toppings, they were pretty standard - smoky meats balanced by the rocket greens. Would have appreciated if they were better arranged instead of clumped together in the middle as we found ourselves doing the portioning of ingredients for each slice ourselves.

Prime Ribeye Steak ($29)
Quality steak cooked using their Josper charcoal grill, the outer part is nicely charred and has that smoky taste. I ordered medium rare and it was tender and well salted too. Not sure what the sauce was but it went great with the steak. Wedges were also very well done - crispy and hot, not soggy at all.

Used up all my burpple beyond deals at their First Grill Gastronomic branch already and was elated when I found out they opened a second restaurant with a similar menu. With burpple beyond this is really value-for-money.

Iberico chorizo, confit potato, and soft eggs:
The waiter will help to mix it all together to be eaten as a dip together with the bread. Can’t go wrong with sausages, potato, and eggs so it made a nice tapas. Wouldn’t order again though because I’d like to try more interesting dishes :)

Croquettes (2x crab and 2x jamon iberico):
The perfect comfort food. The croquettes were of just the right soul-warming temperature, gooey and delicious, and had a surprising smoky element to it!
My favourite dish of the night despite its simple appearance!

Squid ink paella:
Rice was nicely cooked, not too wet nor too dry! Though it could have been more flavourful. I am usually not a fan of squid because of how tough it can be, but the seafood here was all fresh and perfectly chewy.
