Kaya toast was crisp on the outside, worth the price! Enjoyed this on a weekday morning with a cup of teh gao siew dai :)
A bustling place on a weekend morning, this place serves traditional Cantonese dim sum. There was a variety of dishes to choose from. Ordered siew mai and har kau with #BurppleBeyond - 2 for $3.80. Note that the deal is not applicable for special items. We also ordered mango fritters which were our favourite!
A cozy cafe located along Lorong Kilat, it was intriguing to see the tables made from vintage sewing machines. We ordered the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict and Croque Monsieur with additional 2 eggs with #BurppleBeyond - 2 plates for $22. Worth it for the food quality!
Pretty interesting Gula Melaka Kaya Butter Toast! The spread was very unique and love the fluffliness of the bread. Teh was not too milky which was good!
Love mornings like this with toast and teh! A nice breakfast spot to chill at this newly renovated outlet.
Another spot for breakfast spot at Level 2 of Chinatown Point. Love the thick slice of toast and my teh! This cafe also serves other local delights like nasi lemak and bee hoon.
Served with scrambled eggs and bacon bits, the French toast was drenched with butter. It was flavourful but slightly too oily. Did not order any drinks as the cafe does not serve any milk alternatives like oat milk. We enjoyed the nice ambience of the cafe decorated with antique furniture!
Yummy breakfast toast set! Ordered teh gao siew dai and really love how strong the tea taste was! The bread was spread with enough butter and kaya. Would prefer this to Toast Box and Ya Kun!
