food: ok for its price. the meat didn't feel very textured and felt too smooth to be real meat, however it was seasoned nicely. expected a half-juicy but thoroughly cooked patty. the bacon overpowered the meal and so it wasn't too pleasant. the cheese was the sole saviour of this dish. mushroom soup tasted very canned and it was nice, but it did not fulfil my mushroom soup craving.
service: we had waited around 30 min before our food came, and had to ask the waiters twice about our food. we were situated in quite a cramped area with little air, ruining the experience. we got even hangrier as we saw all receiving their food but us :(
