Cheese Tarts

I think I've forgotten how amazing cheese tarts are because WOW. After heating it in the oven, the cheese filling became super super creamy and a little bit viscous. It was extremely soft and I couldn't do a stacked-shot because the top of the cheese tart couldn't hold the weight of the other half due to how soft and creamy it had become. The cheese filling was so amazing, being sweet, rich and silky.

The crust was just incredible. I don't know how to describe it, but it just tasted like a super quality cookie crust, not like those cheap ones.

This was definitely the best cheese tart I've had, I can't say for sure how good it is in comparison to other cheese tarts because it's been so long since I've had one, but for now, this cheese tart takes the cake (or the tart).
