We visited one of the famous kelongs in Indo. Great sea view with relaxing vibes.
What we had:
+ Fresh lobster
+ "Gong gong" or conch
+ Seafood stew
+ Other dish like calamari, fried noodles and vege
I like the gong gong the most. It is a quintessential dish when you're at Indo.
Tried the black pepper crab platter and it was really good! The crab meat was sweet and chunky and the black pepper sauce complemented very well with the dish. We also tried the lobster roll combo with fries which was served with a generous amount of lobster meat. Donβt worry about getting your hands messy because their service was excellent- they prepared the table beforehand and served us lots of plastic gloves and bags as well.
Sentosa Grillfest is one event that Iβll always look forward to. We tried the lobster with homemade chilli sauce and half dozen freshly shucked oysters. Youβll know immediately how fresh the oysters are, judging by how good they taste. Enjoy fresh seafood by the beach at Sentosa Grillfest. :D
