I believe nestum instant oats was used here. It worked really well, the malty profile rounded out the ice cream and mango.
All I can say I have had better at hawker stalls. Bit dry.

Bit of a letdown, tasted somewhat odd with an alkaline flavor to it, like Dasani water. Sad that the pricey dishes tasted the worst
