Really enjoyed this apple crumble though for the ice cream pairing I’d rather it was paired with a vanilla/ cream based ice cream than with the sourness of a lemon sorbet, which I also like but separately.
Had both the red velvet flavour, and Earl grey lavender, families enjoyed, wasn’t too sweet, and cake designs lasted. Well made.
