This festive holiday salad features arugula with roasted broccoli, cauliflower and pumpkin combined with tofu and tahini ricotta, honey mustard dressing and almond flakes. Healthy, filling and exceptionally tasty.

Caesar is one of the simplest salads out there made up of a mix of baby romaine lettuce, hard-boiled egg, parmesan cheese and croutons. The creamy and umami-rich anchovy dressing provides a briny blast and it is the ideal complement to the crisp lettuce and crunchy croutons.

A refreshing summer salad of mixed mesclun, baby radish, green apples, compressed orange-infused watermelon and gourmet fusion bak kwa. Served with yuzu foam and citrus vinaigrette on the side》$14

Here at BCH Grillery, they are creative in making their bak kwa versatile. Never would I ever thought of throwing some bak kwa into a salad. The citrussy and refreshing salad dressing complements well with the sweet and savoury bak kwa.

Truffle meets sliced bak kwa with a medley of button, oyster, king oyster and shimeji mushrooms. Topped with crispy fried enoki and warm sous vide egg》$16

Scoop and wrap these creamy shrooms with a lettuce and they are all ready to be eaten with a better crunch. They serve this with beef bak kwa by default but other options are available for non-beef eaters.
