Multi-layered Salvic Honey Cake.
The only truly BEST Russian Experience comes from this cake out of previous disappointing post. I'm glad it brings some joy in the end of my dining experience.🥳
This cake is like the mother of Honey Cake.🍯
I highly recommend you to have it if you love sweet stuff.
Layers of thin crispy cake and cream frosting then covered with cake crumbs. Honey! You're mine.😉
Imagine. That soft touch when you dig a forkful of cake and then put it into your mouth. That honey sweetness coating your tongue and the crumbs that dirty your mouth. Mmm... 😋😋😋

What's the point of giving a 1 for 1 Burpple deal when you can't even use it. Wanted to use the 15-course experience deal but got rejected and insist we go ala-carte. Highly suspect boss want to earn more money.😡
Well, whatever, for the Russian cuisine experience here, it was not like how those review you read on the Internet saying how great it was, etc... For me, it was rather a disappointing one.
Food were mediocre except for a dish or two that were pleasant to me.
There is no shiok/amaze feeling at all.🙁

A salad that consists of salted herring, potato, beetroot, carrot, eggs and spring onion. The only dish that I find is great and delicious thanks to that piquant saltish herring.

Ukrainian Borscht Soup($9.50)🍲
Warm mellow taste soup with pork, cabbage, beetroot, tomato and potato in it. Not umami enough. Serve with a slice of rye bread. Still okay lah...

Sour cream overloaded. Literally cold sour cream with added water and veggies thrown into it. Serve with a slice of rye bread. Will get jelat after having more than a small bowl. Meh...

Had a cheese and the other pork. Very crispy puffy skin with a very thin layer of fillings. Imagine a huge curry puff with "Lays" air packet filling in it. Sorry, but I do not know how to appreciate this.

Dumplings Combo Platter($19.90)🥟
All kinds of dumplings with different combination of fillings. The dumplings looks big and pleasing to the eye but don't be fooled by its appearance. That's because these dumplings, their floury skin is damn thick, thus the bulge. Inside the skin were filled with slightly smaller than a fishball size fillings.
Salmon, minty ram, beef, pork, cheese, meat fusion, potato, etc and other fusion stuffing were stuffed within these skin. Great platter to try on if you want to have a taste of all. Stuffing were nice but too little and the thick skin destroy it all.😔
Comes with sour cream. Sigh...

Traditional Russian homemade fruit punch.
More of sourish than sweet. Tasted like Ribena/cherry/cranberry juice but without much sugar. Good thing is chilled tho.
