Honestly a pretty decent price for coffee. Something I really love about Flash Coffee is how it isn’t overly sweet like other coffee shops. You might not like it if you’re wholly a coffee connoisseur as it does still have a significant amount of flavour from the nutella and lotus biscuit. All in all, I would totally get this again because of how well balanced and not overly sweet this coffee place is

When you order the claypot curry chicken, you’ll get to choose between a side of bread or rice. I’ll recommend the rice as the curry falls on the less spicy and lighter side of the spectrum. The curry itself is flavourful and the rice tastes warm and satisfying when drenched. You’ll find a good portion of chicken and potato in the pot. The chicken is tender and comes off the bone easily, complementing the potato which is so soft it melts a little in your mouth. A good pot of curry chicken that is definitely worth trying for the price.

Step into this homey cafe and find it filled with quaint and green decor at every corner. We ordered the laksa hokkien mee and it was served smoking hot with a cute lil’ folded box for your prawn heads. Designed to infuse a sense of nostalgia in Singaporeans, unique local dishes are prepared and renamed with a modern touch and, teh and kopi are served in traditional metal cups.

The waitress opened the pot lid and revealed uncut thick bee hoon soaked in a light coconutty laksa broth that surprisingly tasted both heavy with flavour and light in texture. It came with three medium sized fresh semi-peeled prawns, lots of taupok, fishcake slices, a deep-fried omelette and shredded cucumber at the top. The combination of ingredients in the dish came together quite nicely and it was just the right amount of spiciness for me (think 0.5 mcspicy lvl). Will definitely come back for more when I’m in the mood for a healthy portion of laksa!! Will recommend for the price 🤑🤑

Wow. Flavourful with the right amount of saltiness. Chicken was tender and juicy even though it was baked in salt. The sauce was amazing and really made the meal. Curious to try other kinds of salted baked chicken now that i’ve tried this!!
