Melitzanosalata: Smoked eggplant dip with chopped roasted red peppers & toasted walnuts
Tzatziki: Original Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped garlic & fresh dill
Fava: Santorini split bean puree, topped chopped onions & ‘Korifes’ capers

One more option is in the dips is Taramosalata which I didn't try. Individually priced at $17++ each, platter gives you a nice variety.
