a hidden gem in ang mo kio 🤪 nepali chicken marinated with traditional nepali herbs and spices! served with pulau rice, achar and sweet juicy veg. i found the chicken rather dry but i did enjoy the combination of spices in this traditional dish.

👍🏻 grilled, smoked mozzarella with prosciutto and caramelised cherry [$15]

such a unqiue combination of flavours in ever dish at meat smith. the saltiness of the hamachi and the sweetness of the smoked pineapple made for the most exotic tasting taco i’ve ever tried! portion is pretty meagre for the price point, though :/

Hans Im Glück truly gives you the experience of dining in a fairytale-like forest, with slender tree trunks stretching from the floor to the ceiling everywhere in the restaurant. i loved the vibes so much... i can't believe i haven't been here before!

both siang and i got the 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙄𝙢 𝙂𝙡𝙪𝙘𝙠 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙩 [$24], which came with a side, a hot drink (i got cappuccino) and a cold drink (i got some cloudy apple soda). super worth it!!! the burger itself was quite large and the patty was SO JUICY MMMMM. i kind of wish there was more cheese, but i'm really satisfied with the way the all the ingredients in the whole burger came together heh. the complex sweetness and tanginess of the balsamic creme complemented the slightly bitter parmesan cheese well. i wasn’t a huge fan of the sourdough buns though, felt kind of dry in my mouth. will probably choose another type of bun next time 👍🏻

i think the star of the show for me was the sweet potato fries though... i haven't had fries this soft on the inside yet crisp on the outside before. the sweetness of the potatoes was also very pronounced!

i also really love the fact that they have quite an extensive list of vegan and vegetarian options!! i'll try that next time, since i wanted to spend my first time there eating the burger that's named after the restaurant lol...

pastrami sandwich ($20)! came with a large serving of meat and cheese. a good place for a casual lunch around the cbd :)
