Decent brunch fare along Robertson Quay. Tried āBrekkie of Championsā and āTobyās French Toastā. The former dish came with generous ingredients and we were surprised to receive an entire stalk of 7x tomatoes. French toast was soft, tasty and infused with maple syrup. Cafe also offers the option to change ingredients to another option (e.g. bacon to sautĆ©ed mushrooms).
Chill ambiance, great place for gathering with friends/ family.
Enjoyed an afternoon tucking into their signature 'Cha Hor Fun' and 'Grilled Chicken Breast' as part of the 1-for-1. The Hor Fan is tasty, portion was huge, generous with ingredients while the Grilled Chicken is lighter on the palette. This is a good place for 'people watching' with delightful food.
1-for-1 Mains - Nice French Toast and Spicy Mushroom Aglio Olio with Chilli Padi. Best to come early before it gets crowded. Excellent service with staff offering us an umbrella when it was raining outside.
Delicious, Flavourful & tad Spicy Aglio Olio and Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta. To remind the waiter/waitress if you do not want your pasta to be spicy. Had high expectations of the tiramisu due to the name of the cafe and felt that it was good but not outstanding. Tiramisu composition was more 'cake like' with a larger proportion of ladyfingers.
Will come back for the mains (e.g. pasta, all day breakfast)
Ordered the beef cheeks for dinner and was greeted with tender beef with a tinge of salt, mixed with sautƩed mushroom, mashed potato and red wine sauce. If you eat beef, just order this.
The pan seared salmon was decent.
Will be back.
Decent chilli crab pasta emulating the taste of 'chilli crab'. The egg topping could be tastier...
