Did not expect much but who knew decadent wagyu would go so well with the sweet-savoury flavours and crunchy textures of Yu Sheng. On top of your familiar Yu Sheng ingredients, there's ikura too. Paired with teriyaki sauce. This was from their CNY 2021 special menu.

The restaurant is located on a 4th of a private residence and they share a space with a cafe with limited seats. The pool view is nice. Reservation is recommended.

Sticky, fudge-y layers of chocolate fudge beneath the crispy chocolate balls proved to be highly satisfying! Best of all, it was not too sickeningly sweet!
This was a cake from the CNY 2021 festive pack

Strong matcha flavour, good aroma and bitterness to it. It's not overly milky, as compared to lot's of matcha drinks. Even came with a cute bear-shaped soft serve on it.

Impressions:
Popular place along Tanjong Pagar Road with a perpetual queue.

Lot's of ingredients on the tendon, including two chicken breasts, two prawns, two kinds of mushroom, one half-boiled egg, two stalks of long beans, and a slice of eggplant.

Tempura shell isn't shatteringly crispy as it was covered in a sticky sweet-savoury sauce, but the meat were well-fried, especially the chicken breasts which was nice and moist despite being thinly sliced.

Rice isn't exactly fluffy but this is less than $15 so something's got to give. Overall decent quality, good value for money and it fills you up.

Chilli-based tossing sauce is savoury and well-balanced, while the noodles is soft to the bite.
Char Siew, meaty, not particularly tasty.
The $3 serving comes with two fried wanton (dumplings) and two wanton in soup, giving good value for money.
The wantons are plump and filled with ingredients, the fried versions were delicious. They sell four of it for $1.

Impressions:
Serving is bigger than average and that makes me excited. Chicken thigh is very tasty, with the skin slightly on the crispy side. Aglio Olio was slightly salty but satisfying. Corn is tasteless. Salad has a sweet taste to it, enjoyable. Truffle mushroom soup was too little, seems like a sample portion lol.
