Impressions:
The chilli crab sauce was on point, sufficiently spicy and not too syrupy sweet -- pretty good for a sauce from a fast food joint. Lot's of greens help to add to the texture while the stalk of coriander lends a nice herb-y touch.

The style of buns used here is on the dense side and it's started to feel rather heavy halfway through the burger.

The taste of the "crab" patty is decent, not much flavour of crab. Texture-wise, it reminds me of sotong balls. If not for the crunchy exterior, it would be rather one dimensional experience.

Impressions:
(Szechuan peppercorn infused vodka, shaken with pineapple juice, lime juice and syrup. Garnished with dehydrated pineapple and pandan leaf.)

Aroma of the Mala peppercorn is very prominent in this cocktail, with just a mild numbing, tingling sensation that doesn't threaten to derail your taste buds for the next hour. Quite well balanced with the juices and syrup (I mean it's made by a robot), but it's also quite an acquired taste for those not accustomed to beverages with an savoury edge (like a Bloody Mary).
