Yearly affair with Bros. Been visiting here yearly without fail for their meat buffet during weekdays cause no time limit and can eat till you shiok ah. Pricing is affordable too.

Their homemade marinated pork & chicken is our default must have order cause it really good, succulent and umami.

Kai lan was savoury, a bit salty and garlicky. Texture wise crunchy vegetable with soft mushroom.

Hard to find good moo ping around and their certainly BBQ it to the right taste and texture. Moo Ping was tender, easy to chew and grilled perfectly. The chilli that comes with it is spicy shiok.

Extremely delicious. Crispy chicken with tender meat that was deep fried to perfection. Then cooked with honey and thus, produce a oily honey sauce. The sauce is addictive.

Savoury with moderate Tomyum taste. It was okay. Fried rice with the basic Tom Yum taste.

Vermicelli full of soy and peppery taste. The noodle absorbed well and got wok hei too. Love the fresh tender huge prawn that came with it.

Had a good sweat workout at Family Mookata with their cheapest Protein Meat Buffet($14.90/pax) that you can ever find in SG unless there is others that I have unheard of.πŸ₯΅
My training regime consists of carrying meat weight, doing meat flip, vege throwing, mushrooms press, noodles lifting, sauce dipping, plate balancing and various jaw exercise.πŸ’ͺπŸ€ͺ
It was the best workout ever for my stomach. 90 mins eat till you gain some fats muscle, plus the result is instant. Felt like my stomach gain a inch bigger.🀭 No Sweat, No Gain!πŸ˜†
Meat quality although wasn't that great but for the price, I'm not complaining much. Spamming all that pork and chicken and then eat it to your heart content. Flavours doesn't wow but I like those more on the heavy & savoury marinated side like Curry, Tom Yum & Thai-marinated as it produce more flavours. Tbh, I still find it a little lacking in taste but will be quite moderate to most.πŸ˜… Sorry, I had a heavy tastebud.
The soup initial didn't have much taste but over time, all the great essence flow into the soup and brings out the best in it. This is the best time to throw the instant noodles in to soak up the flavour.
Bring back your empty plate and tell the friendly boss what you want to refill. Small menu for buffet but enough to bulk you up horizontally. Your stomach will thank you.πŸ˜›

Normal crunchy and savoury vege. Moderate spicy and a little too salty but paired it with rice should be alright.

Thai Omelette with Minced Pork
My favourite order. Flavourful crispy fluffy egg with porky flavour minced meat. Yum yum.

Green Curry Chicken
The colour looks different but the ingredients used and taste in it is πŸ’―. Boneless tender chicken thigh meat, crunchy baby eggplant and a good amount coconutty flavour. Savoury and a little spicy tho.

Spicy Sour Clear Soup
A wonderfully rich, intertwine and complex oceanic flavour. Not your typical red kind. A spiciness that even the weak can handle, citrusness that elevate the refreshing profile and the right balance of ingredients to bring out this heart-warming soup.
