Excellently grilled unagi with a slight crust giving way to moist insides. This is the place I would honestly come back to over and over again if I had the cash to spare. But prices seems to have risen since the last time I was here.
But all in all, a great dining experience and definitely not to be missed especially if you are a fan of eels
This dish was probably the most unique out of all the dishes tried. Crispy, flavorful and not too oily, this was one dish I just kept munching on though knowing I would wake up with a sore throat the next day. The other dishes had a few hits and misses with the green curry being pretty good while the tom yum being strangely sweet.
But for 6 people with drinks, it came up to around $72 (with Burpple)which is very affordable considering the amount we ate
28 dollars after the 30% off Burpple deal.
Between the Braised Pork and Sichuan Pork Noodle, I felt that Sichuan Pork was more generous with the meat and more flavorful.
The dumplings(Prawn & Crab, Sichuan) were pretty decent. I preferred the Prawn & Crab due to it's more varied texture and the dip it came with. The Sichuan dumplings held their own but it may be abit spicy for some.
Worth a try with the lunch set:)
