The beef patty was cooked rather well - charred sides with a red medium middle. You can taste the beefiness of the patty and the buns were toasted. Only gripe is that I wished the burger was larger for $28. That said, it was value for money with the burpple one for one deal.

Grilled sirloin steak (medium rare) that was tender enough. The steak is served on top a bed of asparagus, mashed potatoes and coupled with a grilled tomato. It would have been better if the steak was slightly more flavourful and if the establishment provided cutlery that was more suitable for cutting meat.

Boy, this was a huge dish that me and my girl found it hard to finish between ourselves. The pork skin was crisp and crackled as we run the knife through it; the meat was still moist and tender. Probably best shared amongst three people.

Large schnitzel, paired with potatoes that's made all the more worth while with burpple one for one. The schnitzel needs to be paired with the cranberry sauce to cut through the deep fried food. You can request for more cranberry sauce as well.

Ordered a side of rosti to pair with our meal as my girl loves rosti. A crispy outercrust which envelopes the warm and moist potato strands beneath it. Quite apart from providing the contrast in texture, the outercrust also provides a smoky charred taste to the entire dish.

Arguably the highlight of the meal. The fish was nicely seared - the centre was flaky and broke apart easily while the sides and the skin were crispy - while the seafood broth was really flavourful and umami. Much thought was given to the presentation in terms of both aesthetics and utility; the fish was placed atop a bed of mussels and clams to elevate it so that the seafood broth didn't soften the seared sides of the fish. I would definitely recommend this for those who would like to try something new. 👍😜

This is my third time trying the burger, albeit the first time having it at the cineleisure outlet. The flavour profile of the burger was much more similar with the first time I had it at the Cathay, which was on point. Portions were generous as usual. Will be back again.

2 fried fish fillets slathered with a generous amount of mentaiko sauce and served over a mound of fries. The batter was not overly oily and retained its crispiness throughout the meal, which added a good crunch and texture to the meal. The portobello mushroom was also a welcome side; the mushroom remained juicy even after the cooking process. For those who may find that the mentaiko sauce too cloying after a few bites, the dish is served with a wedge of lemon that helps cut across the mentaiko sauce. Totally worth it with burpple one for one deal.

A shout-out to the friendly and helpful staff who served us too. The restaurant is a stone's throw from Kallang mrt station and has some backdrop decor that's suitable for Instagram pictures. In addition, this place also played Tom & Jerry episodes which gives a nostalgic feel to those born in the 90s. Will be back again! 😊

Crispy mid joint wings that's coated with condensed milk and milk powder(or so I think?). Not the usual savoury options that we go for but it was a novel and welcome contrast in flavours that went well with our mentaiko fish and chips. Rating 6.9/10

Nestled within rows of shophouses, it is easy to walk past this place without giving it a second look. Nevertheless, we were glad to have located this place on burpple; which is a stone's throw from kallang mrt station. Service staff were very friendly and attentive. Would visit again and recommend others to follow the same😀
