
Enjoyed the creamy pistachio filling inside the flaky croissant , but felt that the neon green colouring between layers could be improved. the colouring looked very artificial and slightly off putting
Strong flavours that promise high potential, however felt that the slightly bitter aftertaste from the yuzu peel could be reduced further. Pastry shell could also be thinner, felt it was too thick to cut into.
