Roguefoit Bleu(Blue cheese,$5) - 8/10 Legit Blue cheese,the taste and flavor are on point, how they manage to import the actual blue cheese profile is a wonder for moi,becareful what u want for an ice cream. I think it is innovative but too much of it will cause one to keep smelling the blue cheese thru the nose and mouth. Great ice cream to try new things. Go and try their innovations if u Dare.
