So my partner and I went back to back as we are on a mission for the best steak hunt. This was a back-to-back steak day with Homeground Grill & Bar @ Boon Keng.
Personally for both us, we would prefer Homeground Grill & Bar because of the texture and the smell of the beef.
If you guys would like to try the Sirlion Steak, would recommend the Demi-Glacé with Medium or Medium Rare. Will come back to try the Ribeye for better comparison
Superblicious. Ordered Medium and Medium Rare, tried both cuts and definitely giving it a 9.5/10, 0.5 for the portion. 🤭 definitely worth giving it a try and would come back again for the steak
Really good scenery here but I personally felt the food was very underwhelming and the service here is quite slow.
Talking about the ravioli, it can get really gelate and the portion is just nice. Personally didn’t like the pairing of the garlic in the truffle creme, there’s too much bits and pieces everywhere.
One of my favourite dish for their lunch 3-course meal was the Sze-Chuan Poppers. The dish was extremely well balanced with a tint sze chuan sauce, it wasn’t the extremely salty and sour taste. The fried lotus went really well w the sauce.
