The don came with a generous serving of flavorful and fatty beef, some shimeji mushrooms, one onsen egg and a sprinkling of seaweed. The sauce paired well with the beef and rice but left the rice slightly too wet for my liking. Miso soup was provided as a free side but was very bland, akin to miso flavored water. 3/5
