Tuck into the Seafood Risotto ($32), Kurobota Pork Collar ($38) or the Iberico Pork Tomahawk ($48) if you're looking for a filling meal of tender, flavourful meat. Burppler Ade Tan especially enjoyed the Bone-In Short Ribs ($38) with it's "Fork-pull-apart level of soft tender meat that was flavoured so beautifully with red wine jus."
