Mexican Mania

This meal can be counted as our very first encounter with Mexican food. When we first arrived at the restaurant, we were pretty much clueless as to what to order! The place serves tacos, quesadillas, ensaladas, and some pretty interesting concoctions. We eventually settled for the single serve tacos with these fillings - crispy fish fillet, grilled barramundi and pulled pork. I enjoyed the fish fillet the most as the skin was super crispy while the fish was firm. Overall, the fillings were pretty well-done but we felt that the tacos might be a bit too dry to our liking. Adding some sauce would probably help. The entire meal felt very serene as we simply ate and enjoyed the scenic view overlooking the MBS. You can take a stroll along the river to the nearby Merlion Park after dinner to burn away some calories and enjoy the wonderful view that comes along. If you ask us, Super Loco is definitely a good place for a date night ~ ❤️
