Giving Swee Heng 1989 Classic Bakery's Chocolate Mochi Tarik ($2.40) a go! 🤤
—
The mochi is towards the liquid-y type but it still provides an overall chewy bite to the bread. ☺ The mochi was good on its own but felt that it doesn't complement the chocolate and bread very well. 🙈 Think would be better if the mochi was also chocolate flavour, then the bread would be superb!! 👍The fillings to bread ratio was just nice too. As a chocolate lover myself, probably went too hyped up for this, but will get it again if I'm craving for Chocolate Mochi bread! 💖
Freshly made bagels from @onalu ! So paiseh to say that this is little Jia's first time trying a bagel 🤧 IT WAS A GREAT VIRGIN TRY! 💓

Somethin’ Fishy ($11) plain bagel is slightly dense on the outside but soft on the inside, with THICC portion of Norwegian smoked salmon🐟, cream cheese, red onions, tomato, and topped with capers and dill. It all came very well together, a big bite provides you with a mouthful of salmon. If you don't mind a savoury bagel that has a slight salmon-fishy taste, you should try this!🤙 I would love to have slightly more cream cheese as it was kinda covered by the salmon taste. But their ingredients are really fresh and substantial! Overall, I would totally recommend you guys to try it! 🥯
Always nice to have a sea view while enjoying my dinner. The grilled chicken burger ($15.90) has a whole piece of boneless chicken leg, melted cheese and fries. The chicken was very juicy and tender, its buns had a nice hint of buttery taste. Would definitely order this again! Will be back for their chill ambience and great food.
Georges At The Cove has a relaxing ambience, feeling the sea breeze, looking at the sun setting while having our dinner.

I ordered the beer batterd fish and chips ($15.90) with fries, salad and their homemade tartar sauce. The fish was very crispy but is quite crumbly when I cut it up. Could not really taste the beer batter but the homemade tartar sauce made up for it. Not of a bad dish but would love to try other dishes on their menu.

Their service was average, but will come back for their beautiful sea view and chill vibes.
Surprised at their awesome packaging to prevent their noodles from sogging when being delivered to our home! The Takagi Ramen ($6.90) noodles have a great firm and chewy texture, their pork bone broth wasn't too salty for our liking and the chashu pork slices was so tender. Their deep fried gyoza ($4.50) had a good ratio of juicy vegetable and meat.
