Love this flavor to the moon and back. It is so creamy and milky, with bits of honeycomb giving it a natural sweetness. No wonder they named the chain after this ice cream. One thousand percent recommend.
Hatter Street's cool decor is probably one of the few plus points. Ice cream is just so-so only. Interior is a bit cramped and noisy so hard to chill. Better to sit outside if you can.
This is AWESOME. One of the best creme brulees I have had. Caramel crust is torched perfectly and has the right thinness. Vanilla custard is rich yet not too sweet. Lovely.
Ambiance is so laid back and relaxed, waffles are nicely done with a huge scoop of ice cream and a macaroon. There are many more interesting flavors that you can try.
Food and coffee is great too. Pricing is quite standard for the area, about $5 for a latte, $15 for a main. Definitely one of the more quaint spots on the Upper Thomson area, not overflowing with crowds.
Super moist and soft cookie, 10x better than subway. This was the white chocolate & macadamia one, so it wasn't too sweet. Such a steal for 6 (different) cookies at only 8.85 with burpple.
Does get a lil bit greasy so don't leave it out too long.
So light, milky and not too sweet. Super yummy and worth the $. Another great dddk ice cream find. đ
I could describe the addictive loaded nachos (w/ chicken $20) or the sinfully huge chimichanga ($20) but no I shall go with the dessert. Fried Ice cream is just so special! It's so rare to see it on a menu and I'm glad we tried Margarita's because it light & crispy warm batter on the outside pairs up so well with the sweet cold ice cream inside. Love, love, love.
Margarita's is really pricey to say the least, but they always impress and you really get the quality (and quantity!) you pay for.
Please upgrade to a cone, this is not even negotiable! You can smell the fragrant cones being freshly baked from outside the store. At $8.70 for a double scoop in a cone, it's not cheap but it's certainly worth the price for this Michelin recommended joint. I always go with hazelnut flavor but might try some of the floral flavors next thyme. đ
Had the Single Origin Chocolate Pastries ($12) and chocolate ice cream set at a 1-for-1 deal with Burpple Beyond. Super worth it and a lovely end to a date. Chocolate was rich and tasty without being too sweet or overpowering. Each region's chocolate really has a unique and complex taste so highly encourage you to try these sets if you are a chocolate lover.
These are one of the most affordable and legit soufflĂŠ pancakes (classic soufflĂŠ is just $8.80) that you will find, without a doubt. Wait time can be a bit long (15-30mins?) because they make everything to order and perfection takes time, but it is super worth it.
