this was the 1 person portion + extra pork + extra intestines. the intestines were cleaned thoroughly and were soft and chewyβgood! π didnβt expect too much from the pork belly but it was surprisingly tender and the fat melts in your mouth. one thing to note though, is that the sauce is a lot lighter than usual so if youβre a fan of heavier flavours this may not be your thing.
went on a weekday at 1pm but there was still a substantial queue of about 12 people? and yes the queue moves reallyyy slowly so be prepared to wait for about half an hour π
