We tried the malakoff, a ball of fried cheese, and it was refreshing for all cheese lovers while the rosti zermatt is a very crispy shredded potatoes topped with Swiss raclette cheese and ham. The cheese platter is not bad too with it's large portions. Delicious, good service and experience overall!
