Marina Bay Sands
Little kiosk style cafe. Authentic vibes. Really helpful staff.
I ordered the caramel sea salt Latte and sponge cake with blueberry. Both were nice to taste and neatly presented.
I paid close to $20 which was okay for an upclass cafe in MBS.
The issue is the limited seating (3 seats to be exact). Obviously once you get the seat, you don't want to get up. So I have to take away my food and drink. That was a little disheartening, considering how much I paid to sit there. They also charged me a service fee :(.
It's a good cafe to visit once to get rid of the Singaporian itch to try something new, but cannot be your regular coffee hangout place.
Beautiful American/French style bistro. Amazing food. Great decor. Screaming of luxury and right in the middle of marina bay sands.
Look at the beauty in the food pictures. These are just random phone pictures.
This is the seafood platter which is their signature dish. Just a thing of beauty. I could keep going back for this dish. $125++ for petite size, which is good for 1. $180++ for 2.
But, grossly overpriced and terrible service. The servers were super confused and constantly made errors with our order. We were just about to eat someone's expensive lobster and were stopped at the right time thankfully. We saw the same lobster lifted from our table and served to another table. That was a scary sight in covid times.
Take your date and hope you are lucky with the staff. 4 stars. Expect around 300 for 2.
Great and unique dimsum option. It was my first time trying a century egg and I think I tried at the best place.
It's a culinary dish made by preserving duck, chicken or quail eggs in a mixture of clay, ash, salt, quicklime, and rice hulls for several weeks to several months. The protein had become jelly which imparted it a great texture. The condiments included wasabi and ginger. Their pink rose made of thin pickled ginger added both to the presentation of the dish and flavor.
Camomile Bloom
- Hendricks based with Camomile, Turmeric syrup & Lemon. With signature BSK ice-cube and a sprinkle of turmeric on top
Very Refreshing cocktail for Singapore summery brunch
Nice Cafe, very upclass decor. Brand name of Gordon. Decor screamed of class. I must have taken 10 pictures of inside.
Service is nice and friendly. Nothing amazing but absolutely no complaints.
The vanilla shake I ordered with it was the biggest mistake. It was foul tasting. I was genuinely confused why it tasted like that. All they had to do was mix ice cream with milk. It costed $12 and I had to leave it.
Partner ordered cafe latte with avocado toast. Lovely presentation and generous portion of avocado. Good to taste. Coffee was also strong and full of flavor. I should have also ordered the latte.
All in all a good atas breakfast option, if you willing to spend $80 to $100 early in the morning.

I ordered beef brisket sandwich which is probably the signature Breakfast dish. Nice and unique Breakky option. I loved it. Generous beef portion and wonderful mix of ingredients. Came with a generous amount of potato wedges and garlic sauce.

This place is beautiful. It looks like a golden palace.
It's grand and full of style. Marina Bay Sands also adds to the experience. It's classy and still has the most friendly staff.
How can you not have Macarons here. $2 each. I mean the best snack/dessert here. I guess while reviewing I realized that this place is best for tea and dessert. Food is not the highlight.
Be ready for a huge waiting line, possibly 45 minutes. That's the only real downside. Otherwise 5 stars

Tea based ice creams were heavenly. Look at the presentation, gorgeous. Taste was amazing. Both these were $10 in total, euchre is incredible value for money. Must try when here.

This salmon sandwich was nice and tasty. Salmon was also in good quantity. I still felt it was too overpriced for what it was. We wanted to try a lot of things, so some were obviously better than the other.
Hit or miss for me.

Mont Blanc is one of their patisserie collection. You could pick anything from here for $10. This particular dessert was okay, but no complaints
