Layers of pasta dough were of a nice thickness such that it gives a good amount of bite when paired with the beef ragout bechamel bits! Overall this dish had really nice texture and taste to it 😋👍🏻

Great handmade pasta with a very rich saffron cream sauce! The scallops and prawns were very fresh as well.
