There was an endless queue around the corner for a reason. Everything on the plate was delicious. The duck meat was crispy outside and tender inside. Look at the 2nd pic to see how easily the meat fell off the bone. The fried potato slices were very well seasoned, yet not too salty. The salad leaves were fresh and complemented everything else nicely.

Saw they had a sign that said they won 1st prize for their croissant in 2018. It was indeed a buttery, crispy and flaky pastry. Would have been perfect if it were warm.

Came here after seeing @singaporeliciouz 's stories during her Paris trip. 😁 This tasted like a chicken stew in that it was tasty and creamy. The veal had the flavour of chicken but the texture of beef. My only gripe is that there were little chunks of rock salt that would make the occasional bite too salty.

Chanced upon this tart bakery in Montmatre. They have a whole range of various fruit tarts. The tart is incredibly crisp and has a really nice bite. The berries were really juicy and plump, and covered in a sticky syrupy gelatin layer. So sinful, but delicious.

This was from their range of savoury galettes. The chicken was marinated with soybeans and salt, and served with fresh veggies. Not my favourite. The soy gave it a very beany taste and texture and felt very heavy compared to the thin galette. But perhaps I just prefer sweet crepes.
