The shop's take on buffalo wings. Imagine juicy wings coated in a special spicy sauce that is worthy of having the title "hell-water" indeed. The spices packed a punch!
Knew I had to order it as soon as I saw it cause okonomiyaki on a pizza? Yes please! Though I preferred the mushroom & truffle pizza, this was definitely a good attempt at innovating new fusion dishes 👍🏻👍🏻 Toppings were generous with the flatbread base holding baby octopus, cabbage and tomatoes, topped off with okonomiyaki and Japanese mayo sauce and bonito flakes! 🤤🤤 Though the flatbread base received mixed opinions around the table, I personally enjoyed their pizzas here, especially with eatigo’s 50% off. Service was also impeccable with constant water refills (even when our jug was only half empty) 👍🏻👍🏻
Had interesting and innovative cocktails here which ingredients are either regionally sourced or house-made.
We tried Arak Bali (balinese arak, papaya, banana, ginger, champak flower, coconut nectar) & peranakan (jackfruit rum, laksa leaves, goat’s milk, candlenut and gula melaka).
Arak Bali: The flavour of the cocktail’s changes when you drink it together with different edible flowers. Feel like having 3 different kinds of cocktail! A lot of surprises and fun while having it.
Peranakan: was advised to drink the cocktail first then have the jelly on top. Wasn’t as interesting as the Arak Bali but still a nice one.
Impressed by the bar tender who shared with you everything about the bar and the story behind the cocktail. Should come again and try the other drinks like ‘strawberry kimchi’ or even grasshopper (which really contains grasshopper!)
