My first time having the super famous Moonlight Hor Fun ($6) - I cried tears of oil and joy. The wokhei, the char, the silky kway teow! While the individual ingredients on its own aren’t much to shout about, as a dish, it’s pretty much hawker heaven. My dinner date said it was an atas charkwayteow and I agree! TBF the smell alone of their coffee pork ribs warrants another visit :,)

Probably the best Thai joint in Singapore. Affordable and it ALWAYS hits the spot.

Tangy appetising thick gravy! All you want in Assam- flavoured dishes. Also the fish was not at all fishy. It was nice and flaky :)

So succulent and thoroughly doused in sweet sauce. Yum!
