Back for lunch and we tried the lamb ramp with capsicum puree. It was well marinated and nicely charred! Love it!
A decadently rich dessert made of dark chocolate, cocoa powder, butter, cream, sugar and eggs. The topping of roasted almond pralines added a nice crunch. It was really good but itâs better to share the calories with someone. đ
Back here for dinner and we ordered 2 tapas, 1 main and 1 side to share. Our favorite was the grilled lamb ribs. The ribs had the right fat to meat ratio, were well seasoned and perfectly charcoal grilled to a delightful tenderness!
Ham and asparagus are always a delightful combination and this appetizer is elevated with the addition of scrambled eggs with truffle reduction.
The tangy and sweet raspberry coulis with a hint of fresh mint was such a lovely combination with the pavlova. A nice sweet ending to a good lunch!
Juicy tender black angus striploin served with yummy patatas bravas (fried cubes of potatoes with spicy tomato sauce) and mesclun salad.
Thoroughly enjoyed the food here! We ordered the set lunch at $38 per person (some items have additional costs) which comprised of appetizer, main course and dessert. One of the main courses we had was the umami seafood saffron rice that featured a generous amount of clams, squid, scallops, prawns and crab meat. Delicious!
