Honestly wasn't expecting much when I walked into Marugame but this dish really surprised me! (I had it twice on different occasions.) What seemed like barely enough sauce was somehow able to thoroughly season the entire bowl of noodles. With a nice zing from the Szechuan peppercorns (probably from the chilli oil added), this was a really comforting (yet keeps you on your toes) and quick meal to have. The sesame also helps to sweeten and balance out the entire dish. However, the broccoli was really unnecessary.
