Beef tenderloin with kenia beans and mashed potato served with the same Marsala wine sauce as the manzo.

Beef was pretty tender for a thick cut although a little too raw for a medium rare standard. Not bad for the price for sure! Can’t complain much.

Came back for the manzo after a week! Sad to say that I can’t vouch for its consistency ! Guess the meat last week was more tender. Nonetheless I enjoyed it. Just a little less than last week.

The beef almost melted in my mouth. So tender and juicy. Marsala wine sauce was kinda thick but went well with the meat.

Lamb was tender and no gamey taste at all! texture was almost like beef! The artichoke cream went well and didn’t overpower the lamb taste. Love the potatoes!
